For Sale: A pristine 1985 Yahmaha RZ500N. You would be hard pressed to find a better example of this rare and limited production machine. It has just 7872 km (4891 mi.) showing on the odo.The bike is 99 original with the exception of the following items which were replaced to make it road ready: new Dunlop tires front and rear, new battery, new o-ring chain, new air filter, new fuel lines, and new front and rear brake caliper kits. The body work is near perfect with original paint in excellent condition. The bike has been cleaned, detailed, and fully serviced, including the following: the front and rear brake calipers were rebuilt, the coolant was repaced, the carbs were disassembled and cleaned, the wiring and connectors were cleaned and checked, the gear oil replaced, brake fluid replaced, and new spark plugs installed. The rear suspension was checked and lubed. The engine, clutch, transmission, and chassis, all work perfectly, as well as all the electrical components. This bike runs as good as new. Also included are the following items: A factory service manual and owner's manual, both in excellent condition, the original warranty booklet, custom made rear race stand, the original 38 tooth rear sprocket (a 40 tooth is on the bike), and a collection of vintage bike magazines and brochers that have RZ500 articles. The factory tool kit in excellent condition, and even the tank support cable.
