Friday, March 28th, 2008Two BMW-riding Dutchmen have won the third edition of the Heroes Legend classic off-road rally from Paris to Dakar. Riding for the Bert Duursma Motoren dealership team, Jos Bourgondien and Harrie Jacobi beat all challengers to win this tough 'rallye-raid' event that started on 8 March under the Eiffel Tower in Paris, and finished just last weekend at the Lac Rose in Dakar, Senegal.
