What was I saying about reckless riding?

Wednesday, April 30th, 2008

The thing is that people simply thing that they can't be the next victim. It is exactly how Arabs twist those cars on their long desert highways and nothing happens until It Happens. And it does it badly! Translating into motorcycles, the feeling is pretty much the same only that here, riding on the rear wheel does the trick and a car that wasn't suppose to be there as the first guy passes (...)

The Uno: One Unique Ride!

Wednesday, April 30th, 2008

The Uno

If I was to describe “The Uno” in three words those would be sharp, single and stylish. It is all due to the fact that although it works like a Segway it looks like Hayabusa's small and single-wheeled brother. It is an absolute brand new custom machine and makes an impressive entry with the sport-like riding position offered (footpegs are way behind while the seat and handlebars are what you would expect to find on your daily sportbike). In order to keep good balance there are two side-by-side (...)

Don?t be a boy racer! There are consequences, you know? Take this example

Wednesday, April 30th, 2008

Young Spanish motorcycle riders who have dangerously ridden their bikes now face prison after a fast and risky incursion on a dangerous and speed restricted road in Mallorca. Called ‘Pikas de motos’, the group raced between Caimari and Selva with tragic results: two teenagers (16, respectively 17 years old) died. This lead to further investigations in the so called motorcycle group and those who face the charges are aged between 19 and 31 years old so that justifies the (...)

Valentino Rossi: “We are ready to win”

Wednesday, April 30th, 2008

Valentino Rossi

Having the Portugal Grand Prix experience it seems that the famous pilot has finally reached the moment of truth as it prepares for racing in China. A key factor is the excellent performance of the Bridgestone tires on the Shanghai track in the country where the next Olympic Games will be held. Also having the tire advantage, teammate Jorge Lorenzo seeks for a place on the podium, something that the RC212V pilot Dani Pedrosa isn’t a stranger of. We shall wait and see how (...)

2004 GSXR 600

Wednesday, April 30th, 2008

Up for sale is a ‘04 Suzuki GSXR 600 with the rare blue and white color scheme; I have only seen one other like it since I have owned it. The odometer reads 24,xxx miles, but you would never guess that by looking at it; that is what sold me on the bike. This is one of the cleanest GSXR’s you will find, no matter what the miles and a must see if you are serious about buying a bike. It has a Yosh Tri-Oval slip-on exhaust that sounds awesome, a smoked Suzuki double bubble windscreen, short stalk turn signals (front and rear), custom rear fender eliminator with LED license plate lights, and Suzuki frame sliders. She also has a brand new set of Pirelli Diablo's (front and rear) with 600 miles on them, but I am still riding the bike? The bike has never been laid down, dropped, or had any kind of trauma what so ever She has always been well maintained, garage kept and runs and rides like the day she was new. I have all service records from previous owner and myself. Included with the sale will be, new front brake pads (not installed-EBC FA379HH), all supplies for next oil change (oil and filter), both the seat and the seat cowl, and all of the factory parts. (wind screen, pipe, tail fender, etc…) In addition to that, I also have a size 48 Suzuki black leather riding jacket and a matching helmet size XL (fits like my LG?) for sale or included with a great offer Asking Price: 6100 OBO Call Nate @ 817-308-1129 and if I don't answer please leave a message and I will call back as soon as possible. Thanks for your interest and remember the price is an asking price and it is OBO, but don't make an offer until you have at least looked at the bike
